Free shipping on retail orders over $99.00. DIRECTIONS products shipped thrice weekly, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, starting about 1pm, except for holidays. For smaller orders (2 to 4 items), shipping via USPS Priority Mail. For very small orders (one item), usually USPS First Class Mail. For larger orders, FedEx to-your-door Home Delivery Service for Residential districts and FedEx Ground for Commercial districts. Alaska, Hawaii, rural locations and out-of-the-way addresses should allow an extra day or two for any delivery service. Express shipment available at current rates for phone orders only.
