The first lesson in the fifth level.
This Lined Vest has faux welt pockets and a back tie. The lining is to-the-edge and requires the dexterity of an advancing student.
As the projects get more difficult through Levels 5 and 6, you will notice that the instructions rely heavily on prior knowledge. The student is being weaned from the simplicity of the early Lesson Modules and toward the complexity of "standard patterns". The list of pre-requisities is getting LONG, and the materials chart is almost as complex as the "standard pattern" variety.
The fitting issues presented in each Lesson of Level 5 help the student achieve the desired fit and look regardless of body shape or size.
An average student can complete the Lined Vest project in this Sewing Lesson Module in about 12-15 hours.
