14-day guarantee on all mail order products. (read more below) but why bother with returns if you don't have to? If you're that unsure, try our low-cost ebooks first to see how you like the program. It'll cost you less as a trial than the return shipping for an unwanted order and save both of us time & effort, a real blessing in these busy times. On the other hand, if you ARE sure, there's nothing like having the original hard copy in your hands to use and explore and return to again and again. Plus, it's guaranteed, just in case!
Learn Faster, Know More, and Sew Better.or send it back.
Have you EVER heard of such a thing as a guaranteed pattern?
One that you can RETURN? After it's been USED?
DIRECTIONS is the best way to teach kids to sew, and it helps to actually have the
lesson materials right in front of you to see that. Sometimes the samples and descriptions on
the website just isn't enough; you want to touch and hold and see for yourself. So I put
a guarantee policy on our DIRECTIONS Lesson Packs.
You will always have a full two weeks to examine and use your DIRECTIONS lesson packets
before deciding to keep them. I will accept returns for a full refund less shipping charges.
The only IF is that all the lesson packet pieces must be returned within 20 days of the postmark.
It is OK if the pieces you return have been used, I expect you to sew on the Practice Papers and cut out the pattern tissue.
The 'consultants' called me crazy - that you might trace the pattern, photocopy the materials, and send
the Lesson Pack back for a refund. Or you may just use the Lesson to gain the learning and knowledge, then
return it. Really now. Aren't you more trustworthy than that?
I know that once you actually see and use
our Lesson Materials, you will be so proud of your purchase that you will want
to keep them all, and continue toward completing your sewing education with us.
I just rest easier knowing the guarantee is in place for you.
